Elevating the Standard: A Bespoke Family Apartment

Purchasing an apartment “on paper” from a contractor often presents a unique challenge: the layouts are generic and rarely reflect the personality of the residents. For this young family in Haifa, the goal was to intervene early in the construction phase to ensure their new home wouldn't feel like a standard unit.
The brief called for soft minimalist aesthetic with plenty of seamless storage solutions. A space that maximized every square meter while introducing a sense of warmth, character, and sophisticated storage solutions that the original plans lacked.
Our approach was to "break the mold" of the contractor’s standard offerings. We focused heavily on bespoke carpentry as the primary design tool to create a cohesive language throughout the home.
Strategic Customization: From the integrated entrance cabinetry to the personalized bedroom storage and a redesigned kitchen, every element was tailored to the family's daily flow.
The FV Apartment is no longer a "standard" contractor unit; it is a deeply personal sanctuary. Through early intervention and meticulous detail, we created a space in that feels twice its size and perfectly reflects the unique spirit of the family living within it.
